Granola bars

These are easy to make. Great source of quick fuel.
I found that if I triple the recipe I can press it into a standard 9×12 baking sheet and it makes really nice sized bars. Tripled makes approx 24 bars

2 cups rolled oats (I like to use the 5 grain breakfast cereal found at Winco by the oatmeal)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar ( I use a little less to take away some sugar, and decrease the sweetness)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 Tbs canola oil
dash of salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips/peanut butter chips, anything. I like to combine the 2

Heat the oven to 350 degrees, lightly coat an 8″ x 8″ baking pan with cooking spray
Mix all ingredients together until combined
Press batter into the baking pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Cool and cut into 9 squares
