- 1 tbs. garlic butter
- 1 ( 12 oz) bag of mixed vegetable stir fry
- 1/2 C water
- 1/4 C ( lawry’s) 30 minute marinade with Teriaki sauce
- 1 C fresh pineapple chunks
How to make it
- melt garlic butter in wok or large saute’ pan on med-high heat.
- add vegetables and cook 3 minutes, stirring continually.
- stir in water, teriyaki marinade and pineapple. Increase heat to high and cook 8 minutes, stirring often, until most of the liquid is absorbed and vegetables are tender.
