2 hour pizza dough

Very and easy recipe. It is really good if Italian seasoning is added to the dough. Here is the link

* 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
* 1 1/2 cups (350 cc) warm water
* 3 1/2 cups (500 g) flour
* 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
* pinch of salt

Proof yeast for 5 min.
Add the rest of ingredients and knead until elastic.
Let rise until doubled approx 1.5 to 2 hours.
Punch down and roll into crusts
Bake in 550 (or as hot as the oven will get)oven on preheated stone covered in semolina or corn meal for approx 8 min. Top with cheese and bake for another few minutes.
